Through its programming, Bijlmer Parktheater broadens the audience's horizons and showcases what is happening in our culturally diverse society and in the neighborhood. It develops relevant theater with new role models, drawing inspiration from the world's cultural heritage. The theater is one of the four Amsterdam Cultural Centers (along with Meervaart, Podium Mozaïek, and Tolhuistuin) and has been awarded the Noord-Holland Cultuurprijs for its expertise in diversity and inclusivity.
Artistic Buffet
The theater also provides a platform for art movements from the Bijlmer, allowing you to sample an extensive, artistic palette curated and presented by creators with a bi-cultural background.
Bijlmer Parktheater aims to confront, engage, enrich, and connect. We actively seek collaborations with other cultural institutions such as CBK Zuidoost and Imagine IC, collectively forming the Cultruur Platform Zuidoost.

Language no problem
