An international theatre community

"Mikes Badhuistheater is the only actual English Speaking theatre venue working as a real repertory theatre in Amsterdam, and the Netherlands. Run by an international theatre collective. We put on New plays as well as classical plays, in lots of different languages; Dutch, English, Czech, Polish, Italian etc. The Badhuistheater is also co-founder of the Association of International Theaters of the Netherlands."

Michael Manicardi

Under the leadership of artistic director Michael Manicardi, the Badhuistheater Amsterdam offers a stage for theater groups, bands, discussion evenings and is also used as a party location. The programming of the Badhuistheater focuses on so-called community art and international productions.

Oosterpark

It is located next to the green Oosterpark and is a versatile community theater that has everything to offer. The theater has been providing quality regional and (inter)national theater productions for 35 years and is also a very suitable place for other (private) purposes.
