Restaurant Flore – Hotel De L’Europe

With beautiful views over the River Amstel and Amsterdam’s city centre, the Private Dining Room of Restaurant Flore is the ideal location to dine in an intimate setting. Surrounded by walls of exclusive wines, the Private Dining Room is available for up to 12 guests. This unique experience starts with a special selection of amuses followed by a 6-, 7- or 8-course menu with the signature dishes of Flore composed by Executive Chef Bas van Kranen.

Restaurant Bridges – Hotel Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam

Conservatorium Hotel

The Conservatorium Hotel has various stylish rooms for private dining, offering a fantastic setting for every occasion. Choose from tempting and original dishes, an extensive wine list or a selection of delicious cocktails. Lush floral arrangements decorate the room, adding the final finishing touch to your dinner party. They have several private dining areas which can be used for small and big groups, from 2 to 90 guests.

Jansz. – Pulitzer Hotel

Prepare to have your breath taken away in the Copper Rooms of the Hotel Pulitzer. An ode to the heritage of copper merchant Volkert Jansz, each room still boasts its authentic feeling and look. The food, which comes from restaurant Jansz is pure and elegant, with classic dishes being served with an Amsterdam twist. Jansz. can host up to a maximum of 40 guests.

Bluespoon Restaurant – Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht

Adding a playful touch to a special dining experience, in which every seasonal plate is a fresh and colourful work of art, the menu here celebrates the team’s favourite local ingredients, presenting modern Dutch cuisine with a creative edge. The Delft Blue room is a private dining space with an iconic look and is suitable for up to 14 people. Filled with Delft Blue porcelain, it provides you with a stylish combination of the classic and nature, thanks to its large garden windows.

Ciel Bleu – Okura Hotel

MOMO Restaurant – Hotel Park Centraal Amsterdam

Enjoy a unique experience at MOMO, where dishes are prepared beside your table and they can create custom-made dishes exclusively for your guests. Their menu is a delicious fusion of refined Asian Flavours and sophisticated Western Cuisine. The private dining room has a maximum capacity for 20 guests.

A cosy and comfortable setting for a decadent dinner, Vinkeles offers a menu that is a synergy between traditional and modern French cuisine.
