The festival focuses on innovation and refinement of its programming, which reflects the changing dynamics in the film industry with a stimulating offering that challenges the audience to embrace new perspectives.

The diverse film programme includes the following components:

• New Visions: A platform for groundbreaking debut films by emerging Asian filmmakers.
• Horizons: A window into the diversity of contemporary Asian cinema, from blockbusters to experimental and independent productions.
• Pioneers: A tribute to iconic filmmakers and restored classics that shaped Asian film history.
• Short Films: A selection of compact yet powerful stories, compiled in collaboration with international curators.

Besides the film programme, visitors can look forward to additional activities such as CinemAsia PRO, a platform for emerging filmmakers and industry professionals.

Also returning are the Queer Nongkrong, a community space for queer community, and the bustling Food Market with a tasty array of Asian dishes. The popular Karaoke Night promises to be another festive evening, full of pop classics and cultural hits that will bring Jan and Jan together.
