Previously called Cinétol, the OBA CC Amstel branch of Amsterdam's public library network can be found in the city's south. You'll find a great collection of books, DVDs, newspapers, and magazines along with reading and study nooks. Internet services are available free (one hour daily) for OBA members and non-members pay €1.00 per 30 minutes.
