A'dam Lookout is an observation deck with an unparalleled panoramic view of Amsterdam. On the roof of A'DAM Tower is ''Over The Edge': Amsterdam's highest swing. Daredevils and trillseekers swing back and forth over the edge of the tower at a height of 100 meters with Amsterdam under their feet.
How to visit A'DAM LOOKOUT with your City Card
A visit to A'DAM LOOKOUT is completely free upon presentation of the City Card! To visit this attraction with your City Card, you need to show it at the A'DAM LOOKOUT ticket counter. No reservation is required. Make sure your City Card is valid at the time of your visit. Please note: Europe's highest swing is not included. You need to pay separately for a swing ride at the ticket counter, which costs €7.50 per person.
For the best experience, we recommend visiting on sunny days in the morning or early afternoon – as it tends to be much busier in the evening

The Skydeck of A'DAM LOOKOUT has the highest swing in Amsterdam. Float in a dizzying height of almost 100 meters above Amsterdam.
You can see the historic center of the city, the dynamic harbor and the unique polder landscape. The interactive exhibition about Amsterdam history and culture provides background information on what you can see from the A'DAM Tower .
High-altitude exhibition
In addition to the beautiful view, A'DAM LOOKOUT has an interactive exhibition about the history and culture of Amsterdam. For a snack or drink you can go to the panorama restaurant (part of A'DAM LOOKOUT), or at revolving restaurant Moon in the A'DAM Tower , reservations are required.
Opening hours
Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Last admission at 6:00 PM. Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Last admission at 8:00 PM. For the best experience, we recommend visiting in the morning or early afternoon on sunny days – evenings tend to be much busier.
