Cabaret about everyday stimuli

In his show Overprikkeld, Martijn Koning examines how you deal with the constant stream of impressions that daily life brings with it. From news reports and politics to small annoyances at home: everything passes by. Koning uses humor as a starting point to say something about how people react to a world that never stands still.

Recognizable themes, personal perspective

Koning is known for his sharp observations and accessible style. In Overprikkeld, he connects major social themes with recognizable, personal situations. That makes the show both funny and relatable. You don't have to be a cabaret expert to recognize yourself in his stories.

Show at De Kleine Komedie

The show can be seen at De Kleine Komedie in Amsterdam, one of the best-known stages for cabaret and kleinkunst in the Netherlands. Are you interested in a ticket? Use the link for more information and tickets.
