Hotel de Goudfazant sounds like an old-fashioned family hotel, but it is a hip restaurant on the water in Noord. In a gigantic warehouse of 1200 m2 with a rough and raw interior, the chefs cook the stars from heaven.
See and be seen
The menu is no frills and there are industrial areas with rust-brown poles and unpainted walls, but also a mega chandelier of bottles, red canteen chairs and linen tablecloths. Here you can see Amsterdam's creative in-crowd enjoying themselves at long picnic tables by the water in the summer.
