At the Cheese Bar it's all about artisanal cheese, straight from a conveyor belt like you know from a sushi bar. You will find at least 20 different Dutch cheeses, from a cheese wheel from Edam to a blue cheese from the Dikhoeve farm, just outside Amsterdam. For the best experience, you can combine the cheeses with matching wine or beer.
