The Bolenius restaurant, which has been awarded one Michelin star, is located in the middle of the high office buildings on Amsterdams Zuid-As. With a menu that consists of 80% freshly grown vegetables, it is no wonder that this place was voted the best vegetable restaurant in the country in 2015.

Chef Luc Kusters and co-owner Xavier Giesen like to call their cooking style 'New Amsterdam'. Vegetables and herbs from our own garden, products from the Amsterdam region and old-fashioned spices are combined into innovative dishes that nevertheless reflect respect for tradition. The menu that changes with the seasons and the Scandinavian-looking interior complete this refined culinary experience.
