The Bolenius restaurant, which has been awarded one Michelin star, is located in the middle of the high office buildings on Amsterdams Zuid-As. With a menu that consists of 80% freshly grown vegetables, it is no wonder that this place was voted the best vegetable restaurant in the country in 2015.
