This museum tells the story of people who sought answers themselves, without paying any attention to the church or the government. You will find books and images more than 2,000 years old. Currently, you can visit an exhibition featuring original books, documents, and prints from the 17th century. At that time, the city was a safe place for people with different ideas: Jews, freethinkers, and philosophers like Spinoza.

WORN

Next to the Rijksmuseum's permanent exhibition, you can currently see the exhibition WORN. In the presentation, you will discover worn, repaired, and altered pieces from 1640 to 1930. You will discover how graffiti started in New York and grew into a global art form. The exhibition also shows how the Dutch graffiti scene developed. A great opportunity to view this colorful visual language up close.

Guerilla Radio

8 years ago, a few friends got together for a one-off tribute to Rage Against The Machine. They felt that this hadn't been done well yet. The performance led to many shows. After that, they stopped, but in 2023 they returned with new energy. Guerrilla Radio is now a real band. They play hard music with a strong message. Raw, heavy, and with full conviction.
