Restaurant Freud

Freud has a tempting menu leaning towards the Mediterranean and Middle East – there’s sourdough bread with tapenade and muhammara and a French fish soup, but also roasted pumpkin with chimichurri, a classic steak tartare, and crème brûlée. Freud is staffed by people with a psychiatric background, from the chefs and dishwashers to the front-of-house staff, and it’s also certified to offer apprenticeships to catering trainees.
