All of this takes place in the beautiful and rugged St. Thomas Church. You step into the church before sunrise and leave when the first rays of the sun illuminate the city. Leave the hustle and bustle behind with Claudia and experience how Early Bird Yoga creates space for peace, mindfulness, and a fresh start to the day. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to join this special morning experience. And don't forget to bring your own mat!
Clau's Studio
Claudia is the founder of Studio van Clau and has been happily living in Amsterdam for over 15 years. With passion, she provides yoga classes during corporate wellness weeks and teaches at yoga studios throughout the city. With her broad smile and approachable, energetic, and down-to-earth style, she creates a safe environment where yoga, mindfulness, and breathing come together to experience peace, balance, and connection. The Thomaskerk is situated in a unique location on the edge of the Zuidas. Here, you can take a break during your workday with a lunch concert in the church hall or attend a debate or performance in the theater.
