The Amsterdam Winter Paradise is the largest and most enjoyable winter event in the Netherlands. Enjoy unique attractions, ice skating, winter snacks and drinks and endless ice fun. The ultimate winter experience is open this year from December 14 to 30, 2023 in the RAI Amsterdam. There is plenty to do both during the day and in the evening. Skate under a blanket of lights on the 3400 m2 indoor and outdoor skating rink, discover the ultimate view of Amsterdam from the mega Ferris wheel or the high swing ride and slide down the tube slide on real snow! PLEASE NOTE: The dates and times mentioned for 2023 are subject to change.

Real snow

Venture into a winter wonderland with real snow, cross-country ski among the Christmas trees, curl up with your friends on the ice rink or have a snowball fight with your friends or family. Roast your marshmallows over a crackling fire with your loved one or go to the Winter Cinema for nostalgic Christmas classics.

Celebrate the evening in our Après-Ski Village or at the winter party with various artists. The Amsterdam Winter Paradise brings winter back to the city!

Of course, the Amsterdam Winter Paradise is not complete without music! In the 2023 edition you can enjoy live shows by Zoë Tauran, Flemming, Jeroen van der Boom, Tino Martin, Xander de Buisonjé, Joël Borelli and many others.

New in 2023!

There are a lot of new activities, culminating in a new magical world where the first sparkle shines: the Paradise of Lights. Go on an adventure past beautiful light sculptures and thousands of twinkling lights. Immerse yourself in an ocean of lights and fly through a jungle of sparkle. You really don't want to miss this magical experience.

Furthermore, extra attention has been paid to the little ones this year. There is a children's skating rink, a Mini Ferris wheel, the Kids Silent Disco and much more to discover. Children's shows have also been added by Bing, Woezel & Pip, Miss Roos and many others! These children's shows are included in the entrance ticket, so they are free to visit.

Also come to the Wonder Slope, where you can slide under a blanket of twinkling lights and the Snow Party, a unique snow and ice themed attraction.

Evening program

Stay for a nice meal because the city's most popular catering establishments open their pop-up restaurants here, bringing the tastiest food and drinks in Amsterdam under one roof! Sit down at one of the wooden tables and make sure you don't miss the evening program.
