On 12 and 13 September 2026, various monuments in Amsterdam will open their doors for free for Open Monument Day. Discover 'The Architectural heritage during the 40th edition. Also explore hidden places above ground, such as clandestine churches, and listen to stories of squatters and graffiti artists. Please note: the dates and times mentioned for 2026 are subject to change and may still be amended.

About Open Monument Day Amsterdam

Open Monument Day is a national event where a huge number of monuments throughout the Netherlands are opened to the public. In Amsterdam, including Weesp, various locations can be visited during the weekend of 12 and 13 September 2026.
