Restaurant Vermeer
As of May 2024, Sebastian Baquero Garces has been appointed as the new chef of Restaurant Vermeer, part of the Hotel NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace. With his passion and expertise, the Vermeer tradition of farm-to-table fine dining is in excellent hands. An interpreted and creative new menu has been created together with the new chef.

Vermeer offers haute cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, in the heart of Amsterdam. Start with a beautiful cocktail with a matching bite and then indulge in a culinary dream of full, robust dishes.
For groups looking for a private setting, a private room with 24 seats is available.
Reservations can be made for arrival times between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
