Polder

You will find café-restaurant Polder on the grounds of Science Park Amsterdam, right between the knowledge institutes. You can visit this warehouse with its pleasant atmosphere all day long: from scrambled eggs for breakfast to a sandwich for lunch and an extensive dinner menu (many organic!) in the evenings. To warm up, you can take a seat in one of the armchairs around the wood-burning stove. In good weather on the nice terrace with picnic tables.
