Are you experiencing issues with activating your City Card? Here is a detailed step-by-step guide to resolving the problem.
How to resolve activation issues?
Make sure you are connected to WiFi or mobile internet.
Delete the City Card app.
Re-install the City Card app.
Click on the City Card icon in the middle of the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the + button.
Select “Add City Card to the app.”
Enter your City Card code, which you can find in the confirmation e-mail you received.
Try activating your card again after adding it to the app.
If activation still does not work: you can also try clearing your phone’s app cache before re-installing. (If you’re not sure how to do this, you can skip this step.)
