Menu and decoration are the result of a concept carefully devised by
chef Schilo van Coevorden, who has travelled and trained extensively
in the far East. The combination of local produce and Asian flavours
leads to an entirely new approach to the slightly tired `fusion'
concept. Diners overwhelmed by the wide choice on the menu can settle
for a four-course or an eight-course set menu for around €75 and
a little under €100, respectively.
