Located on the lower ground floor of the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, Spectrum offers beautiful views of the courtyard garden. The interior style is classic, warm and inviting, and the vibrant cuisine – created by executive chef Sidney Schutte – brings together delicious local specialities and international cuisine (think Asian culinary influences and the finest regional produce from local farmers).
We are open for lunch and dinner
Lunch is served on Friday and Saturday between 12:30 - 14:00 hour and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday between 18:30 - 22:30 hour. On Sunday and Monday the restaurant is closed.
