Restaurant Vermeer
As of May 2024, Sebastian Baquero Garces has been appointed as the new chef of Restaurant Vermeer, part of the Hotel NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace. With his passion and expertise, the Vermeer tradition of farm-to-table fine dining is in excellent hands. An interpreted and creative new menu has been created together with the new chef.
