Nomads is a restaurant with a 'traveling' world cuisine. Twice a year, Jaap and Thomas take a plane in search of undiscovered culinary gems. When they return with a mountain of inspiration and a backpack full of local products and herbs, the foundation for a new menu is laid. This way, you can experience two different world cuisines in Amsterdam Oost every year.

NOMADS travels the world like real nomads in search of undiscovered flavours, exciting products and authentic food experiences. Jaap and Thomas travel to two different countries every year. Here, they get inspiration, follow cooking workshops and fill their backpacks with local products on the market.
