In de Waag is an ideal place for a lunch, reception, meeting or dinner in the heart of Amsterdam. On special occasions, the magnificent historic building with its minimalist, yet informal interior is atmospherically lit by 300 candles.
Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of the Dutch
The menu is regularly revised and includes a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian options that mix Mediterranean styles with traditionally Dutch influences. Various menus are on offer, like the a-la-carte menus for lunch and dinner and the drinks-and-snacks menu. For groups larger than ten, there's a special group menu and some lunch suggestions.
Separate rooms and à-la-carte
The restaurant is designed to accommodate small groups in separate areas as well as larger parties. The three attractive rooms are ideal locations for private parties and can also be booked for a dinner-meeting. The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 180 people inside and about 100 people on the terrace.
