Cedars

On the water of the Westlandgracht, near the Hoofddorpplein, is a modern glass building containing the chic restaurant Cedars. At Cedars you can first drink an aperitif in the so-called lounge room, and then eat authentic Lebanese food. Think of a table full of mezze (small dishes), but also main dishes such as rack of lamb and marinated sea bass from the charcoal grill. You can also sit very idyllically on one of the two terraces on the water.

A welcoming touch of Lebanon in Amsterdam

Cedars refers to the cedar tree, the national symbol of Lebanon. The stately cedar tree stands for quality, strength, beauty and dignity. These are all elements that Cedars reflects in its dishes, service and atmosphere.

The chefs have all grown up with traditional Lebanese cuisine and have a lot of passion for the products. You can immediately taste this in the authenticity of all the dishes. The service is young, international and happy to welcome you.
