Bistro Berlage

In this new style bistro, contemporary classics are served for lunch and dinner with a Dutch touch. The menu features dishes with their own signature that are associated with the rich history of the stock exchange building and its place in Amsterdam. The ingredients are fresh daily and are prepared with care and attention. Many products come from local soil, such as the bread from Bakery Mama, the cheese from Fromagerie Kef, meat from Lindenhoff and Wild van Wild and sausages from Brandt and Levie.

Bistro new style

Bistro Berlage has an elegant interior where authentic, monumental elements are combined with a modern look. At the center of the business is a large island bar that is ideal for a drink. At this iconic location with a rich history, Bistro Berlage is ready for the future.

The interior was developed in collaboration with Rein Rambaldo of De Horeca Fabriek. The monumental character was cherished and complemented by a modern, elegant interior. The authentic vaults were an inspiration for the round shapes in the design. The blue color of the three tile pictures by the Dutch artist Jan Toorop is reflected in the furniture.

The large island bar with copper scales invites you to have a drink and partly offers space for eating at the bar. The combination of high and low seats and round and square tables creates a dynamic character. You can sit outside on the new terrace of Bistro Berlage as part of the new Beursplein.
