Balthazar's Keuken
Balthazars Kitchen is located in a small, cozy and sleek establishment on the Elandsgracht. You literally sit in the kitchen and see how the chefs prepare the most delicious dishes. The idea is a bit like having joined good friends. Good friends who can cook super, that's for sure. Because the owners like to be inspired by the market, there is a changing (affordable!) three-course menu with only a choice between meat or fish. So you eat what is served and these are often outspoken and now proven creations.
Weekly changing three-course menu
Balthazar's Kitchen has been around since 1995. A small family restaurant where season, origin and tradition are central. Father and son serve honest dishes inspired by the offerings of their loyal suppliers.
Here you can enjoy a fixed three-course menu that changes every other week. Five small starters to share, meat or fish as main course and a surprising dessert form the basis. If you let us know in advance, vegetarian is of course no problem.
