When you buy your City Card online, you can collect it upon arrival with your voucher, or have it sent to your home or hotel address.
Collect
After pre-ordering your card online, you will receive a voucher by email. Bring the voucher (either printed or on your smartphone) with you to Amsterdam and use it to collect your card at one of the city's centrally located redemption centres, which are featured below. City Cards ordered online can be collected immediately, and there's no processing time.

Shipping
If you choose to have your City Card delivered, you must allow enough time between placing the order and your departure to Amsterdam, as delivery can take up to 10 working days. If you are arriving at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport or Amsterdam Central Station, we suggest collecting your card in the city. Shipping costs for home delivery depend on the address you provide, while hotel delivery in the Netherlands is €11.92. The card will be sent to the stated address together with a complimentary copy of I amsterdam Magazine and a city map.
