Located on the Rokin and founded in 1853, Scheltema packs in over 125,000 book titles over five floors. As you’d expect, you’ll find a massive range of books catering to all tastes including an English section. Travel, cooking, art, culture and literature titles are all available as well as second-hand books. A substantial magazine section stocked with Dutch and international titles will keep mag fans busy. Plus, you can take time out in Vascobelo’s café.
