Pride celebration as part of WorldPride Amsterdam

The ERV (Evangelical-Reformed Circle of Friends) is organizing an open Pride celebration at the Oranjekerk in Amsterdam. The celebration is part of Religious Pride, a program component within WorldPride Amsterdam. The theme is 'Unity: because we need each other' — an invitation to reflect on what connects people, even and especially when differences seem great.

Reflection and music

Alexander Noordijk from Monnickendam will deliver the reflection during the celebration. The Waterland Praise Band will provide the musical accompaniment. Together, they shape a celebration in which faith, connectedness, and inclusion take center stage.

For everyone who wants to feel welcome

The Pride celebration is intended for LGBTQA+ people, friends, family, believers, seekers, and everyone who feels connected to the community. You do not have to be a member of a church or faith community to enter. The doors of the Oranjekerk are open to everyone who wants to experience the celebration.
