Amoi is the little sister of the previously well-known Indonesian restaurant Sarang Mas. Amoi literally means 'little sister'. For Indonesian cuisine, the recipes from your aunt or grandmother are always the best. And so it is for the founders of Amoi; the restaurant is a tribute to their beloved Aunt Uddie. Their mission is to serve classic and innovative dishes that respect the true nature of Indonesia while paying tribute to Aunt Uddie, her home cooking and Indonesian culture.
