Pianostar from Ukraïne – Arthur Buskov

Classical piano recital at the Pianola Museum

At the Pianola Museum in Amsterdam, Arthur Buskov will perform a solo recital. The museum, located in a historic canal house, forms an intimate and special setting for classical piano music. The combination of the museum's rich history and Buskov's talent makes this an unusual concert experience.

A pianist with a special story

Arthur Buskov was born in 2001 in Odessa. He studied at leading institutions in Ukraine, including the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, where he completed his bachelor's degree with a score of 100/100. After the outbreak of the war in 2022, he moved to the Netherlands and continued his studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with prof. Naum Grubert.

From Odessa to Amsterdam

Buskov attended masterclasses with pianists such as Dmitry Alexeev and Mikhail Voskresensky, and participated in the Artistic Enhancement Programme at the Davidsbündler Music Academy in The Hague. His background and journey from Odessa to the Netherlands colour the music he plays.
