Orchid House is located on Linnaeusstraat, right next to Oosterpark. Every Sunday afternoon, Extremos plays 4 hours of salsa and bachata there, from 15:00 to 19:00, with DJ Ivanito behind the decks. You can just walk in, there is no entrance fee and no one at the door with a list. You don't need to bring a partner: people switch throughout the afternoon, so you dance with many different people. Beginners are just as welcome as dancers who have been coming for years. It is an afternoon and not a night, so you will be home plenty in time.
