Uruguayan composer and singer Jorge Drexler is one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Spanish-language music. For over thirty years, Drexler has been building a versatile oeuvre, comprising fifteen albums to date. Albums on which he brings together music, literature, and knowledge, always guided by his curiosity, his urge to experiment, and his deep love for poetry. Originally trained as a physician, Drexler moved to Spain in 1995 to devote himself entirely to music.
