Ghostly Kisses is the dreamy music project of Margaux Sauvé and Louis-Étienne Santais from Quebec City. After the album "Darkroom" (2024), inspired by anonymous letters from fans worldwide, the duo is now focusing more on personal experiences. Their music is characterized as dreampop with cinematic minimalism, subtle electronics, and poetic lyrics that convey emotions in an understated yet intense way. More recent work was created during travels and performances around the world, and explores different forms of distance: physical, emotional, and existential. Songs that are about alienation, longing, the passage of time, and the tension between the human need for permanence and the transience of life. At the same time, a sense of intimacy and connection is also growing in their work, with themes such as creating a home, love, and vulnerability. With delicate melodies, orchestral accents, and personal stories, Ghostly Kisses creates an atmospheric listening experience in which small gestures take on great emotional significance. Their music emphasizes that real connection remains possible, even when people are separated by distance or time. Support: Rosie CarneyRosie Carney opens the evening with subtle folk with contemporary indie influences, assisted by warm vocals. Since her debut album 'Bare' (2019), Rosie has developed into a beloved name within the modern folk and indie scene. With that, she sets the perfect tone for the rest of the evening!
