Local residents, volunteers, and people facing barriers to employment work here on cultivating the vegetable gardens. You can come and take a look, participate, or attend a workshop.

Nature playground
NoordOogst has had its own nature playground since 2018!
The NoordOogst nature playground has become a green and challenging play area where children, parents, and supervisors can have a great time. We make as much use as possible of the existing environment, such as trees, bushes, water, sand, and hills. All in nature. There is so much to do: climbing, scrambling, rolling, jumping, digging, and playing with water. It is all possible here, and getting dirty is allowed—in fact, encouraged!
In the nature playground, there is an exciting water slide and a splash pool with small waterfalls, stepping stones, and large tree trunks. Trees also form a natural climbing course, and there is an observation tower from which you can see all of NoordOogst, right down to the pigs!

Every first Saturday of the month, local entrepreneurs and sustainable artisans offer their wares at the NoordOogst Outdoor Market. Here, alongside tasty food items, you will find many natural products and recycled materials, all of which carry a special story. The entrepreneurs at the Outdoor Market want to share these stories with you so that you go home afterwards feeling inspired and ready for a treat. Take a pleasant stroll around the entire NoordOogst grounds and discover this special place.
