A few meters from the Opera house, VROG is the only trampoline park Parkour/freerunning and in the center of Amsterdam. Hidden in a converted car tunnel, VROG boasts 3000m2 of sport, leisure and dance facilities. Trampoline jumping for diverse age groups, ages, Parkour/freerunning training (6+/adults), children's parties, team outings or company events for up to 300 guests.
