The chef has a passion for quality ingredients and a talent for reinventing well-known favourites. Our menu is inspired by French cuisine, but slightly different. The focus is on using fresh, seasonal, artisanal and locally sourced ingredients. Here you will find dishes that are both familiar and surprising.

Our wines are essential to the Embassy experience, with an extensive selection of more than 50 choices, including more than 20 wines by the glass that are always available. We serve several handcrafted cocktails that take the classic bar experience to the next level, along with a selection of beers from local breweries.
