Marker Museum

Earlier times

When you enter the museum, you immediately imagine yourself in earlier times. One house is furnished as a Marker fishing family lived in around 1920, with authentic pieces of furniture and utensils. In addition, the museum exhibits a beautiful textile collection, a unique collection of Marker traditional costume and paintings by the well-known artists Jan Moenis and Reinier Peijnenburg. In the small museum shop you will find books, cards, gift items, and much more.
