Enjoy drinks, snacks and cakes made by the in-house patisserie team. The menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients, organic and locally sourced where possible. The sustainable and environmentally-produced free-range eggs and meat products are supplied by Lindenhoff and the bread is baked fresh daily. In collaboration with the Amsterdam coffee roaster Rum Baba, we have our own Arabica espresso blend with coffee from different farmers in Peru. The baristas make the perfect cup for you.
