Classic elegance and discrete luxury,
Restaurant La Rive
Culinary mastery and word-perfect service easily put La Rive in a class by itself. Each French-Mediterranean dish is prepared in the best French tradition. Chef de Cuisine Rogér Rassin’s signature dishes include Wagyu beef marinated in sweet shallots and citrus fruit with croquettes of Iberian pig, Banyuls vinaigrette, purée of Jerusalem artichoke and celery with tomatoes; and gently smoked Bresse pigeon with pumpkin chutney, caramelised chicory, sweet pepper manioc and jus made with Vin Santo. The extensive wine list and specially designed porcelain and silver add to the Michelin star mystique.

A wall of windows overlooking the river showcases an unending parade of sailboats, water taxis, rowboats and typical Dutch sloepjes gliding past.
