Each season has its own musical and choreographic character
The year begins with a Romanian New Year tradition in which a bear and a goat play the leading roles. The brown bear represents the unpleasantness of the past year and is chased away by the goat, who represents the new and the good. But as the seasons pass, the paths of the 2 continue to cross. They get to know each other better and better, and an unexpected friendship slowly grows.
Seizoenen can be seen 5 times in different theaters and is accompanied live by the Paloina orkest. Each season has its own musical and choreographic character. For example, the Azerbaijani Bahar can be seen in the spring, and the Dutch dance Lucht is on the program in the summer. In addition, 2 choreographies will premiere: a North Bulgarian choreography and a Roma choreography from Transylvania.
