Theatre of the new generation

For 15 years, Rudolphi Producties has been providing a stage for graduating theatre makers with Het Debuut. Every year, promising makers are scouted during graduation presentations and festivals. Mentor George Tobal, a Debuut veteran himself, supports the young makers. Previous participants such as Rundfunk, URLAND and Femi van Elshuis have grown into established names.

Three performances, three perspectives

In Remontada, Yassine el Amriti plays the ambitious Wadi, a criminal lawyer with North African roots who has to work harder than the rest. In For Those Who Like to Judge vol. 2, Nina Peruško explores how, as a young adult, you take care of yourself and your surroundings in a world full of individualism.

Fairy tales and reality

Laura van de Werf and Renée Pinksterboer present De dag dat niemand kwam: a tragicomic performance about a waiting princess who discovers that the world outside her tower room looks suspiciously like our own. A story about loneliness, escapism and the question of what happens when no one comes to save you.
