In May 2022, theatre collective BOG and De Warme Winkel opened Amsterdam's first creative hub and community behind Amsterdam Sloterdijk station: De Sloot. A workshop for theatre makers, a full-fledged flat-floor theatre hall with a smaller auditorium, several large rehearsal rooms and work studios, and a large café/restaurant.

Location
De Sloot - Theatre Hub, Rhôneweg 6-10, 1043 AH Amsterdam
Two theater halls, rehearsal rooms, work studios, café/folk kitchen De Sering, culinary pop-up restaurant TestTafel, coffee bar SubCult, and dance & exercise space Dance Space Destiny; De Sloot is the ideal place to celebrate, try something out, or simply visit for a bite to eat.
In this creative working environment you not only stumble over the established order, but there is also room for young theater makers. The atmosphere is post-industrial and a bit DIY. There is a café with affordable lunch (€6 on Tuesday-Friday), the very best coffee in Amsterdam and they offer fiber optic internet. If you would like to know more, check this page for an overview of tenants and the range of permanent spaces that are currently available.
Tickets & admission or a bite to eat
De Sloot offers accommodation to various companies and organisations. If you have any (ticket sales) questions or changes, always contact the performing company or the organising party.
