A changing selection from all corners of the city, with makers from the Bijlmer, Nieuw-West, and Noord, among others, together in one place.

The market is an initiative of The Food Line-up, a caterer with a network of over one hundred independent chefs. The Fresh Market is part of Amstel1, a collective of hospitality, shops, and culture in the Lichtstraat of the Stopera.
