Adriatique: a night of techno and melodic house
Adriatique is the Swiss DJ and producer duo of Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer. Since 2009, they have been building their own sound that combines techno, deep house, and melodic elements. Their sets are slowly building and hypnotic in character. The two Adrians complement each other: one with a background in US house and Detroit techno, the other rooted in European melodic techno.
An all-night long set during Amsterdam Dance Event
During Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Adriatique will play a full all-night long set at the Sugarfactory in Halfweg. ADE is the world's largest electronic music festival and trade conference, held annually in October in Amsterdam. Awakenings has been a fixture at ADE for over two decades and will fully utilize the Sugarfactory as its home base for a series of carefully curated evenings.

Slovenian DJ and producer Brina Knauss opens the night. With a classical music education as a foundation, she combines melodic depth with driving grooves. Her sets are characterized by emotional depth and a keen sense of harmony and atmosphere.
The Sugarfactory: industrial decor near Halfweg
The Sugarfactory is located on the grounds of a former sugar factory from 1863, on the border of Amsterdam and Haarlem.
