Enjoy a great trampoline jumping session (ages 6 and up) in the new Urban Sports Hall in the heart of Amsterdam. For little ones (ages 2-5), there's MINIVROG, a jumping session for one parent and one child (€10). From age 6, you can jump every afternoon from 12:00 noon.

At VROG you can also take parkour/freerunning training, trampoline lessons (from 4 years old), K-pop and breakdance lessons or celebrate a party.
