Come for a mini-jump at the VROG trampoline Park in Amsterdam City Center, near Waterlooplein. Especially for little ones (ages 2-5), there's MINIVROG, a jumping session for one parent and one child. Have fun moving together!

What is VROG?

VROG is the new urban sports hall in Amsterdam City Center, with 3,000m² for freerunning, trampoline, and dance. It's also great for parties.

MINIVROG: at specific times on Saturday and Sunday morning (except school holidays, check schedule & book online on the website)

€10 for a parent and a child. Trampoline socks are required; purchase online with your ticket or at reception. Book your ticket online, limited spaces! Reservations are available for any weekend, outside of school holidays.
