Yalla Tnam (2026) is a ritual performance about mourning, protest, and survival. Ahmad Mallah and Rebecca Lillich // Krüger intertwine Fairuz's lullaby Yalla Tnam with Syrian mourning rituals from the revolution, thereby exploring migration, belonging, and alienation in the Netherlands. Personal and political at the same time.
Razeen
The Sudanese-Dutch artist Razeen moves between Afro-Arab roots and Western pop influences. In his music, he brings together apparent contradictions between tradition and innovation, spirituality and taboo, masculinity and femininity, war and peace. With his high-energy vibe, he is a beloved name in the Amsterdam underground scene. His debut album is titled Yallah Nargus , literally translated: let's dance.
