What:
In drawings, paintings, installations, films, photography, spatial work, and performances, the artists reveal themselves in a way that is sometimes surprising or revealing even to themselves. The work stems from personal fascinations, exploration of color, form, and balance, inner experiences, societal issues, and significant life transitions. The result is 14 diverse Selfies that together provide a picture of who we are and how we relate to others.

The exhibition also invites visitors to participate. Various interactive works pose questions such as: what makes us unique, how do we relate to others, and what do we have in common? In doing so, The Ultimate Selfie becomes an exhibition where personal stories converge and new connections can be formed.
