A cozy pancake house located in a 17th-century VOC canal house on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam. The Pancake Bakery started as a small pancake restaurant with a basic menu. In 1980 the owner (still the current owner) made several changes that made The Pancake Bakery what it is today: a world famous pancake restaurant that everyone loves.

For breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner

Some features of the restaurant include the open kitchen, the famous "international" pancakes whose ingredients are based on various dishes from all over the world, and the jars of real syrup on every table that you can enjoy generously!
